If your case involves an employment termination, we will
represent you on a contingency fee basis. For most cases, the contingency
fee we charge is 33 1/3% of the gross amount of the recovery if the case
resolves before filing a lawsuit. The
contingency fee increases to 40% of the gross recovery if the case does not
settle and a lawsuit is filed. If the case goes to trial, the
contingency increases to 45%.
